Processing & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated delivery time frames (after dispatch):

• Australia: 2–8 business days
• International: 7–21+ business days

Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your parcel using your tracking number via the Australia Post website or by downloading the Australia Post app for real-time updates and delivery notifications.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will assist you in following it up.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post; however, final delivery outcomes are determined by the postal carrier.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Due to the nature of our products, including handmade and customised items, variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

Photos cannot be uploaded in the initial inquiry but can be provided once we respond.

Once assessed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Processing

All claims are reviewed prior to approval.

If a return is required, processing will occur within 3–5 business days of receiving the item (if applicable).

You will be notified via email once your refund or replacement has been processed.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
